I want to do a Dagger Stare build with Dual Weilding Fald's. Right now, my Sera (lvl 96) has two incomplete Fald axes that about 30lvls from each other.
Does this sound like it would work?
Also, Dagger Stare doesn't do LL so, even if I am getting hit (I will be using Heroic Courage as well), I still have to hit every so often to get the lost life back. What other CA would you suggest?......Multi-hit, attack, hard-hit.....?
Thanks!

Stomping jump keebs. It stuns groups and does a ton of damage. I also use attack though and it does well also. It is a fun build. I have one about 120ish, and he does very well. Those fire balls flying all over are a hoot. When you get to platium, and your dagger stare is hitting stuff off the screen, they fire constantly.

I have one and use attack and stomp jump as well. I loved the build at the start but now when I was playing in Plat it kinda got boring to powerful. But hey its a blast to play.. Now that I am in NOIB it made my glad more fun again. Now its a little harder not much but enough to make it enjoyable. Just my 2cents.. :)

Keebs, he's a fun build. The fireballs from the completed fads leach, the dagger stare triggers the fireballs, so you do in a round about way get leach from it, lol. My glad has dual weilding, with 1 fads and then a powerful axe or sword that I can find that does poison for vot...a great combo. And the stomping jump is great fun and usually kills everything in the radius....I do believe this is the build our Jonnyx made 216 with.

I'm not 100% certain but I think you only get the Fad set bonus once, even if you are dual wielding socketed Fad's - can someone confirm?

yep...Gideon was a SJ/DS/HC glad and made it to 216.
Dagger stare is a great little CA. It doesnt do huge damage even at later levels but it does do damage every second to lots of monsters. With a niob Fad's set you get a 35% chance of fireball everytime you do damage - add to this Stomping Jump and its damage effect and you have an awful lot of fireballs going off very often. SJ itself can do up to 3.5m damage later on in the game and the added damage from the Fad's set will quickly kill everything around you.
Weapon wise I would recommend not going dual wield - take a decent shield for the defence bonus, addition to CA's and the slots for rings/ammies. A tree rage is also a good secondary weapon to take for the poison damage for those pesky fire resistant monsters.
set wise i stuck with Raenes - it had good DS/SJ and HC bonus and got me through the game very nicely.
This was possibly the most fun i had with a build. Jumping from group to group squishing them all was a lot of fun!
you're right Sinc - you only get the Fad's bonus once but with DS thats plenty. Having two Fad's axes is a waste which is why you either want another good weapon - poison based or a shield

Yup this a very good build:) Even I somehow managed to reach 216 with my Attack/SJ/DS/HC dual glad.

Thanks Omi. He is already lvl 13.
I have Concentration and Weapon Lore maxed.....took Armor, Const. and Agility and will be taking Axe Lore at lvl 20 I think.
I am mainly transferring all of my runes to DS unless they are SJ or HC (which I haven't gotten any of yet). And I have 6% LL. and quite a bit of RSM already.
I think I am going to revamp my LL runes and try to trade them out for Vamp. attack runes, that way I get the boost to both.
So far so good though.

Update on Koga:
Lvl 38. I just got Thaine's Axe but haven't played around with it too much. My first incomplete Fald's is 46. Right now I have the axe and one ring. Hopeing to find the others before then.
My DS is lvl 13 or something like that and my SJ is lvl 4 or something like that. I am mainly using the SJ to stun and freeze the baddies.
I am still maxing out Weapon Lore, have Axe Lore up to 20, stopped Conc. at 25 and am splitting everything else between Armor, Parry and Const. at the moment just to slowly increase my life and my def/res.

BAAAAAH, The True Gladiator can only be a DW Axe Lore Monster. I have made almost all versions of a Glad successfully and the worst is one with any king of a bow EWWWWW.
My Claim to Fame - Dead Skin Mask and Hodder
DSM is a Double Hnaded Sword weilder and is a formitable opponet but cant hold a candle to Hodder
Hodder is DW, DS, SJ, HC (Armor) With 1 Falds and 1 Brothers Sleep. This combo is deadly to ALL things in Ancaria and the Underworld period. Many have seen him fly by as he decimated all in his path. The SJ can allow the Glads to take on opponents many times their own level due to the stunning ability, BUT it also hinders your ability to party up because in a party you will share the stun that you give.. DS is a great CA though and it adds to that fireball effect I will go to the Sakkra Area and line them up and watch the flames knock them down.
I need to take him for a spin soon.....
